We are kicking off the ninth annual Fayette on the Page: One Book, One Community program on Thursday, September 8 from 5-7 PM with a free outdoor event at the library gazebo. This year’s book is “True Grit” by Charles Portis. In keeping with that story of the Old West, the kickoff party will feature the bluesy, countrified music of Bud & Hank, and free hot dogs from the grill. Book-related programming continues at the library throughout September and October.
